Alexandre Martin-Min

Head of Natural Capital and Impact Investments

Alexandre Martin-Min is Head of Natural Capital & Impact Investments at BNP Paribas Asset Management Alts "BNPP AM Alts" (formerly “AXA IM Alts”)1

Alexandre has been in this role since 2022, and as Head of the Business division oversees the investment style and strategy of investments made for the Natural Capital & Impact Investments platform, including the sourcing, managing, and monitoring of investment activities and portfolios for the platform.


Alexandre joined AXA IM in 2001 and was previously CIO of the Structured Finance division and co-head of the Securitised and Structured Assets team, responsible for the management of a well-performing, diversified product range, including CLOs, Asset Backed Securities, Insurance Linked Securities, Mortgages, and Impact Investing. Alexandre also led the multi-Management team, in charge of the management of dedicated funds investing across credit classes and Volta.


Alexandre plays a key role in developing the $900m Natural Capital & Impact Investments platform, launched in 2013 and focused on creating long-term, sustainable value for clients, society, and the planet. Alexandre also sits on the Impact Investment Committee, guiding the investment objectives and opportunities to directly address two mega global themes: Healthcare & Financial Inclusion and Climate & Biodiversity.


Alexandre graduated from the French statistics school ENSAE, with a major in Stochastic Calculus and Statistics. He has over 26 years of industry experience.

    AXA Investment Managers joined BNP Paribas Group in July 2025. Following the merger of AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe and their respective holding companies on December 31, 2025, the combined company now operates under the BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe name.
