Director, Infrastructure Equity
AXA IM Alts is part of the BNP Paribas Group

Alena joined AXA IM in 2023 and is a Director within the Infrastructure Equity team.

Prior to AXA IM, Alena was the Vice President at Macquarie Asset Magament, focusing on origination, execution and asset management of power and utilities, as well as digital infrastructure assets. Prior to that, between 2015 and 2018, Alena was an associate at Macquarie Capital – and investment banking arm of Macquarie, supporting the clients on transactions across various infrastructure sectors.

Alena started her career as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in 2013, having done couple of internships across the sector.

Alena graduated with a Master’s degree (LLM) in International Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen in 2012. She also holds a Bachelors (LLB) in International Private Law from the Belarusian State University.

    AXA Investment Managers joined BNP Paribas Group in July 2025. Following the merger of AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe and their respective holding companies on December 31, 2025, the combined company now operates under the BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe name.
