Edoardo has a background in international management and corporate finance. He has spent most his career working in emerging markets, and he strongly believes in the role of impact investing as a catalyst for sustainable development.
Prior to joining AXA IM Alts1 in 2022, Edoardo served as an Investment and Finance Director at Nature Based Ventures (NBV). Before NBV, he served as an Investment Officer at Mirova, a pioneering investor in nature-based solutions. Here, he deployed much needed private capital into carbon project developers and sustainable agriculture companies targeting not only financial returns but quantifiable impact on communities and the environment. Edoardo started his career with the Financial Access Group, an advisory boutique originating from ING Bank where he was engaged in 20+ assignments in advising investors, financial institutions and corporates on financing solutions across commodities supply chains in Southeast Asia and Africa.
Edoardo holds a dual MSc in International Management from Bocconi University and in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Managements and he is a CFA charter holder.

Following the merger of AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe and their respective holding companies on December 31, 2025, the combined company now operates under the BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe name.
