Frank is the Head of US CRE Debt at AXA IM Alts, bringing over 31 years of industry expertise to the firm.

Frank joined AXA IM Alts through the acquisition of the US CRE Debt Platform, previously serving as a Founding Partner of Quadrant Real Estate Advisors.

Frank has been active in the real estate investment industry since 1988, and his experience spans various aspects including Private CRE Equity & Debt, B-Piece CMBS, and Loan Workouts.

    AXA Investment Managers joined BNP Paribas Group in July 2025. Following the merger of AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe and their respective holding companies on December 31, 2025, the combined company now operates under the BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe name.
