Senior Fund Manager 

Ghislain de Jerphanion is a Senior Fund Manager at AXA IM, based in Paris. Ghislain joined AXA IM Alts in 2008 and has been involved in the growth of its global real estate debt business since 2011, focusing on debt investment opportunities in the UK, Continental Europe, and the US. Prior to joining AXA IM Alts, Ghislain spent 2 years in Goldman Sachs’s real estate principal investment area in London, focusing on equity investments in Europe. Ghislain received an MS in Management from ESCP Europe in Paris, where he majored in Finance.

    AXA Investment Managers joined BNP Paribas Group in July 2025. Following the merger of AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe and their respective holding companies on December 31, 2025, the combined company now operates under the BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe name.
