In recent years, the listed property sector has seen some of the largest valuation discounts among market indices. But given their market liquidity, can we now consider that the share prices of listed real estate companies include the estimates of decline in property prices? And with rate hikes coming to an end and even possible cuts in 2024, could the listed property sector be one of the first to benefit from the next market cycle?
