Mads Henrik Dall is the owner of Dall & Company ApS, a strategic business development boutique, and ex Novo Nordisk and Beta Bionics. Since 2006 management advisor to both private and public companies within MedTech, pharma and biotech companies. Mads has extensive international pharma and med-tech industry leadership experience from a broad range of management positions within R&D, operations, sales & marketing, business development & licensing. Mads has a proven track record of building high performance organisations, driving innovation, managing corporate growth, securing significant financing, negotiating, and managing complex international alliances.

Education

Mads has a Master’s degree in Sinology/Chinese Studies from the University of Copenhagen and Business Economics from Copenhagen Business School.

    AXA Investment Managers joined BNP Paribas Group in July 2025. Following the merger of AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe and their respective holding companies on December 31, 2025, the combined company now operates under the BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe name.
