Jérôme Dulong

Jérôme is Head of Natural Capital Transactions at BNPP AM Alts, covering nature-based solutions and forestry assets.

With over 15 years of total industry experience, Jérôme joined AXA IM1 in 2020 as part of the Strategy and Corporate Finance team where he helped defining and implementing long-term development goals of the asset manager across all traditional and alternative asset classes, before dedicating himself fully to Natural Capital and joining AXA IM Alts in 2023.

Prior to that, Jérôme was Manager at consulting firm Indefi where he supported global asset managers in the definition of their strategic development priorities for distribution of core and alternative assets towards distribution platforms and institutional investor clients. He started his career in 2009 at then early-stage Alternative Credit hedge fund Chenavari which he helped grow to a $5bn investment platform and where he evolved through multiple roles for 8 years, ultimately being Portfolio Manager in charge of a Market Neutral Credit strategy.

Jérôme is a graduate of the French Engineering school Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace (SUPAERO) in 2009 with a major in Financial Engineering.

    AXA Investment Managers joined BNP Paribas Group in July 2025. Following the merger of AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe and their respective holding companies on December 31, 2025, the combined company now operates under the BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe name.
