Skills and experience

Renuka Gadde is a Global Head Executive with extensive experience in leading global health programs that aim to advance equitable access to health for unserved and underserved communities. She has established several public-private partnerships designed to advance access and improve effectiveness to health technologies that may strengthen health systems in low-and-middle income countries in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia. She served in various business roles at BD, a global medical technology company, her last leadership role being Vice President, Global Health. Born and raised in India, Renuka joined BD in Singapore as the Regional Director, Asia Pacific for the immunization business. She relocated to the US in 2002. She is currently the Senior Advisor LMIC access at Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI Inc.) focused on establishing access for COVID-19 testing across LMICs and establishing a strategy for CHAI in antimicrobial resistance.

Education

Renuka Gadde holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor of Sciences from Andhra University, India.
