Botanical Place, West Byfleet

Located right in the centre of West Byfleet in Surrey, England, Botanical Place is a sustainable, integrated retirement village where we are building a vibrant community hub.

Over 1,500m² of space for retailers, food and beverage or leisure services are available to places older people right into the heart of village life, in order to stay active and engaged. Residents can live independently while benefit from communal clubhouse facilities, special interest clubs and societies.

The design looks to implement the highest environmental standards based on reaching net zero by 2030. This includes zero waste to landfill, only using local suppliers and ensuring the smart monitoring of energy and resource usage.
