AXA IM Alts, on behalf of AXA Belgium, supports RE Invest Belgium SA’s offer on Befimmo S.A. shares.

AXA IM Alts was approached by RE Invest Belgium SA, an entity fully controlled by one of Brookfield’s real estate private funds regarding AXA Belgium’s 9.7% participation in Befimmo S.A. and accepted to commit their shares to an offer through a soft irrevocable agreement.

AXA IM Alts believes that this offer, which is supported by Befimmo’s board of directors, is an opportunity within their active and diversified real estate portfolio management framework, while safeguarding all shareholders’ interests.

    AXA Investment Managers joined BNP Paribas Group in July 2025. Following the merger of AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe and their respective holding companies on December 31, 2025, the combined company now operates under the BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe name.
