Located in the bustling heart of London’s City and connected to Greater London by eight underground stations within walking distance, 22 Bishopsgate was designed around central themes of wellbeing and community. With approximately 150,000 sq ft of amenities, it is the first major London building to embody the post-pandemic shifts in how people work and live.
Residents enjoy a broad range of amenities and common facilities on different levels. ‘The Market’, on the second floor, is a first of its kind food hub. Health and fitness facilities include a gym, with London’s first ‘sky-wall’ climbing window on the 25th floor, ‘The Retreat’ wellness space on level 41, and an active commuter park with storage space for up to 1,700 bikes.
22 Bishopsgate was designed to meet the highest sustainability standards, both in environmental terms and in relation to the long-term health and wellbeing of tenants. The
building has its own ESG policy and roadmap to ensure it makes a continuous positive impact on the environment. Focusing on four key commitments – health and wellbeing, learning and education, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability and the environment – the strategy sets the direction for 22 Bishopsgate and lays out targets up to 2030.
