Telli, Aarau

One of the largest and most complex refurbishment projects in Switzerland is being completed – saving 1,000 tonnes of CO2 a year and reducing energy consumption by 46%. 

The 581 apartments in this striking asset are being updated, while ensuring that tenants continued to live and work in their homes with minimal disruption.

The project will ensure the asset reaches ‘net zero’ status by 2023 while improving the tenant experience and enhancing the buildings’ value.

    AXA IM and BNPP AM are progressively merging and streamlining our legal entities to create a unified structure

    AXA Investment Managers joined BNP Paribas Group in July 2025. Following the merger of AXA Investment Managers Paris and BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe and their respective holding companies on December 31, 2025, the combined company now operates under the BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Europe name.
