Cameron Irby

Cameron Irby brings experience in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction advisory services to AXA IM Alts.

Cameron has been investing in healthcare companies since 2020 initially for AXA Impact Fund where he was part of the investment team working on due diligence, specifically structuring investments, building cash flow models, and evaluating exit opportunities.

Prior to joining AXA IM Alts, Cameron was a Senior Associate at Scalar, a globally recognized business valuation and consultancy firm. Cameron advised companies for purposes related to mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, deferred compensation, and financial reporting with a focus on software and healthcare.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Finance and in Marketing from Westminster College.
