Maxence Radix

Maxence Radix is the Head of Private Equity LBO at AXA IM Alts and the CEO of CAPZA. He joined CAPZA, a specialist mid-market operator now fully owned by AXA IM Alts, in 2005. Before this, Maxence gained valuable experience in the Finance Department of Cascade Direct Inc. in Portland, USA.

Maxence’s career at CAPZA has been marked by rapid progression. He was promoted to Principal in 2013, Director in 2014, Partner in 2016, and Managing Partner in 2021. He has played a crucial role in building the Flex Equity Franchise and is actively involved in the fundraising process for the Flex Equity strategy.

Maxence holds an International Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Market Finance from ESPEME Business School (EDHEC Group, Lille, France).
