Our long-term vision
The investment horizon for our infrastructure strategy is 15 years and up. We invest alongside world-leading operating partners in sectors such as transportation, utilities, energy and digital infrastructure.
Building value
Future-focused
We find long-duration, resilient infrastructure investments, aligned with operating partners who seek stable ownership and a commitment to optimal long-term business planning. We are and we continue to be an institutional partner.
Shared ambitions
Our long-term backing by AXA Group and like-minded external clients means that we bring committed, long-term alignment to our co-shareholders, over and above a conventional asset manager.
Our expertise
Our role is to build partnerships with the best infrastructure operators in the business. We form institutional relationships and support our co-shareholders and management teams to build, maintain and optimise infrastructure.

Serving investor needs
We have a large infrastructure debt offer with a diversified portfolio of private and listed debt.

Low-carbon future
Energy-transition assets like smart grids and electric vehicle charging networks demand vast investment. We focus on navigating the technological and market risks as new, low-carbon ways of doing business emerge.
The digital grid
We invest in core digital infrastructure such as optical fibre networks, mobile tower networks and data centres. These ensure the equal access to fast internet services that’s necessary for human progress.
Electric switch
Powering transportation, homes and industry with renewable electricity is key to our decarbonised future. We invest in electric transportation networks, and wind and solar farms to generate renewable power.
Digital telecoms
Steady expansion
We added another 1.5 million homes to XpFibre’s scope with the December 2020 acquisition of Covage, making XpFibre the number two player in the French internet infrastructure market.
Data4 collocation
In 2018, we completed the acquisition of Data4, which builds, owns and operates carrier- and cloud-neutral data centres, and is the largest independent colocation player in Europe.

Connecting communities
Our telecoms investments and infrastructure strategy are designed to create a stronger, more connected world.

ESG Disclaimer
The ESG data used in the investment process are based on ESG methodologies which rely in part on third party data, and in some cases are internally developed. They are subjective and may change over time. Despite several initiatives, the lack of harmonised definitions can make ESG criteria heterogeneous. As such, the different investment strategies that use ESG criteria and ESG reporting are difficult to compare with each other. Strategies that incorporate ESG criteria and those that incorporate sustainable development criteria may use ESG data that appear similar but which should be distinguished because their calculation method may be different.
